Sometimes God calls us to relentless bravery. The kind of bravery that involves running full steam ahead towards your greatest adversary. He puts a crown on our heads and a robe around our shoulders to remind us of who we are and where we belong, but underneath we have the responsibility to put on our armor and prepare our minds to walk through the valley of death.
Living passionately and in pursuit of what you’re called to do is filled with exit ramps. Ramps placed perfectly and comfortably in places that can be confused with God’s will or God’s peace. The truth is, friends, that the PEACE of God comes AFTER the obedience. Not before. It’s never going to be easy. You will feel the deepest pain and shed a sea of tears. But that is the place where you will grow, where you will influence, where you will inspire. Don’t give up and blame it on God. Get up and push back the devil!
It is time, women, to rise up and take your place. It is time to tell your story. It is time to use your pain to set someone else free. It is time to understand that it is NOT about you. It never was. So don’t be afraid because what can man do to you? You have the King of Kings calling your name. Will you answer?
