Calling All Entrepreneurs: 2 Career Opportunities w/CSM!!

Ok, so after a few months of thinking, praying, and searching for the right path to take… working through staff changes and partnership trials… I have decided to make a bold decision and look for a partner(s) for this vision (One 50/50 partner or two equal partners) I do NOT want someone like me, but rather someone with opposite skill sets that can be strong where I am weak. I am the visionary, the creative mind, the speaker, the social networker, the gatherer/organizer, the team-builder, the nurturer, and the risk-taker. I now need the more structured/task-minded partner to help. Though I can be the one focused on developing and maintaining business processes, handling legal matters, paperwork, financial documentation, and bookkeeping, I CANNOT focus on both.
